Reviews
Very good hotel, clean, polite and helpful staff, good food, excellent location in the old town.
**One detail, the breakfast on weekdays could be improved, the buffet on weekends is satisfactory.
This review is for the restaurant of the hotel, since we only stopped here for lunch. The resraurant has very good and fast service, the food is delicious - both traditional dishes and contemporary cuisine. Zlatograd (and the Rhodopi region) is famous for some amazing dishes, which you cannot find anywhere else - definitely try rhodopski klin and patatnik). We enjoyed everything we ordered - the bread was so tasty, chicken and tripe soup were delicious too, chebabchichi (look like long meatbeals, but with diffirent seasoning) were great. The hotel and the restaurant offer also pool services, so of you happen to visit the place in summer, you can enjoy a swim too. Took 1 star from the review only because they do not accept card payments.Prices are very good (our lunch cost 26 leva, which is around 13 EUR) and it is very good value for the quality of food and service.

Set in the Etinographical Area, this hotel is a nice example of the architecture, inside and out. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent bathroom and shower. Good views. The beds were a bit saggy and creaky, though. Dining room and dinner, good but breakfast was a bit limited and scant. All in all, value for money and a pleasant stay.
